IDS can provide storage opportunities ranging from average boxes to printed materials, files to envelopes, for all your document needs. We can also assist with document destruction for items that are no longer required physically.
 

• Storage and maintenance of product via pallet or box (includes inventory of product and reporting if requested)
• Secure storage for product/documents requiring extra levels of protection
• On-site document destruction of obsolete files and/or outdated material 
   

All destroyed materials are recycled in accordance with the governor's initiative for 'Greening Colorado'.
 

Fulfillment

IDS offers a fulfillment program to assist in the distribution of your printed media.

• Document file pull and transfer for electronic scans or secure mailing
• Web site ordering system for printed media
• Order processing of printed materials, CD and DVD’s
• Shipping using FEDEX, UPS, USPS, and Inter-Agency mail services
   

Kitting

IDS is capable of handling all your kitting needs. Kitting is the fulfillment term for the assembling of multiple items into ready to ship promotional kits/packets. Preparing and shipping in quantity can be a cost savings to your program.
