A manufacturer with a facility located in this state must be separately registered to manufacture any prescription drug. In addition to initial registration and renewal, a manufacturer must submit an application and fee to apply for any change of ownership. An application must also be submitted for any change of name and/or location.
Each facility must be separately and appropriate registered.
License Expiration Grace Period for New Applicants. All new applicants who are issued a license within 120 days of the upcoming renewal expiration date will be issued a license with the subsequent expiration date.
License Renewal Information. All In-State Manufacturer licenses expire on October 31 of even-numbered years and must be renewed to continue practicing.
