Draft Programmatic Agreement for Public Comment

HUD requires its Community Planning Development grantees to submit a Consolidated Plan/Annual Action Plan for each program year.  The Department of Local Affairs is posting the Annual Action Plan for program year 2013-2014 for public comment.
