Business Personal Property is valued every year. In January, Personal Property Declarations are mailed to businesses with a listing of all previously reported personal property. It is the responsibility of the business owner to review this list and add any new property acquired the previous year and/or delete any property no longer in service. Declarations are due to the Assesor's office no later than April 15th. A late filing penalty of up to $50 is assessed to all business owners who file late or fail to file.
