Draft Policy Concerning Federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act

The Colorado Water and Wastewater Facility Operators Certification Board is considering a policy concerning the Federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) as it relates to the renewal of operator certification.  Discussion and potential action on the policy is scheduled for the Board's April 30, 2013 meeting.

Anyone wishing to provide written comments on the policy should ensure that such comments are received by the Board office no later than April 1, 2013.  Comments can be emailed to cdphe.wwfocb@state.co.us or mailed to:
