Certificate of Designation Applications for Public Review and Comment


The Solid Waste Disposal Sites and Facilities Act, Title 30, Article 20, Part 1 of the Colorado Revised Statutes (CRS) 30-20-203 requires the department provide for the public to review and make comments concerning the application for entities seeking a Certificate of Designation to operate a solid waste disposal site and/or facility.   


Public comments are being sought through May 19, 2014 on:



Phantom Landfill in Penrose, Colorado


The plan can be reviewed online or at the department during normal business hours by appointment.
