Colorado Trauma System Rapid Planning Event (RPE)

 

A Trauma System Improvement Rapid Planning Event (RPE) team convened for two three-day planning events in 2012 to identify key areas of growth for the trauma system.

 

Recommendations for change and improvement developed by the RPE team were vetted through the trauma stakeholder community, finalized by the State Emergency Medical and Trauma Services Advisory Council and presented to the department for consideration in November 2012.
