Overview

The Emergency Medical Practice Advisory Council, under the direction of the executive director of the department, is responsible for advising the department regarding the appropriate scope of practice for EMS Providers, including waivers to scope of practice, and for criteria for physicians to serve as EMS Medical Directors.
