CD/Diskette Submittal Procedure

A) If sending a CD/diskette, load the Tier2Submit files on to the CD/diskette and label it with your company name.    **We cannot accept files from MS Word, MS Excel, or PDF's of your Tier II report as your Tier II submission.**  The file must be an export from the Tier2Submit software, or the submission will be rejected.

B) ALSO, put contact information (company name, contact name, phone, Email, address) on a separate sheet of paper, so that if there are problems reading your electronic submittal, we will be able to reach you.
