Due to the passage of House Bill 10-1018 the Waste Tire Program has transferred to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. This program is intended to encourage the disposal, recycling or reuse of illegally dumped tires as well as encourage the recycling or reuse of waste tires. The following are grant programs that supports these goals::
