I. Matters Brought before the Air Quality Control Commission:  

In 2008-2012, Commission agenda items related to smoke management have been hearings for significant users of prescribed fire, plus a review of the program as required by legislation.  Also a review of fees occurs each fall.  Agenda items are posted on the Commission's web page before each meeting. 

II. Permit Applications for Prescribed Burns Judged to be High Risk for Smoke Impacts
