Non-Criteria Reportable Pollutants

Reporting Requirements:

For non-criteria reportable pollutants (Reg. No. 3, II.B.3b), air pollutant emission notices (APENs) are required for:

• Each individual emission point with uncontrolled actual emissions that exceed the de minimis levels as determined following the procedures set forth in Reg. 3, Appendix A.

Non-Criteria Reportable Pollutants include:

• All pollutants listed in Reg. 3, Appendix B

Reporting Form:

• Non-Criteria Reportable pollutants are reported using the Air Pollutant Emission Notice (APEN) Addendum for Non-Criteria Reportable Pollutants form. This form is downloadable, and completed forms should be submitted to the Construction Permit Unit.
