HIPAA On-Line and Manual Training

HIPAA training is offered to all CDHS employees and contractors through the CDHS internet.  If you do not have access to a computer, please contact your HIPAA compliance officer.

Online Instructions:

1. Go to HIPAA Privacy and Security Training and Mandated Quiz

2. Enter log on information:

• User Name = your Employee ID#

• Default Password = cdhstrain

Manual Instructions:

1. To print the training and take the quiz, click on the following documents:

• Mandated Quiz

NOTE: To pass the quiz, you must agree to the confidentiality statement included with the quiz.
