Volunteer Services

Volunteer Services demonstrates the values and commitment of the hospital to actively involve volunteers in assisting with the care of clients and other various aspects of the hospital.

Volunteer Services coordinates all volunteer activities within the confines of the hospital.   This includes working with the Volunteer Services members in all areas clinical, clerical, and the operation of the hospital’s Gift Shop.  The Volunteer Director also oversees the Nuri Assafi Fund that provides money for indigent patients who may request a loan or grant for specific needs.  Volunteer Services is also responsible for coordinating hospital-wide fundraisers.
