Performance Improvement

The purpose of the Performance Improvement function at the hospital is to provide a hospital-wide mechanism to monitor, measure and improve the quality and safety of services provided to patients.  The Performance Improvement function allows for a systematic, coordinated and continuous approach to improving performance focusing upon the processes and mechanisms that address these values.
