For State Fiscal Year (FY) 2011-12 (July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012), the OBH scope of responsibility includes the management and administration of a $107 million budget, comprised of more than 44 separate funding streams including two federal block grants, 17 federal discretionary grants totaling $43.8 million annually, and 21 state funding sources.

Behavioral Health (BH) services are contracted with providers statewide, totaling 257 contracts (Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment and Prevention).
