Admissions

The Admissions Department facilitates and coordinates all Fort Logan patient admissions referred from Community Mental Health Centers statewide.  It provides a screening and referral service to walk-in individuals and anyone calling seeking mental health care or information.  It also provides consultation to administrative and clinical units at Fort Logan regarding legal / mental health issues, ensures 27-65 legal compliance in on-going patient care, creates the initial patient medical record, gathers and edits hospital daily census and verifies and compiles census data for client accounting and billing procedures.
