Reporting For Early Childhood Specialist Program

 
Monthly Reporting

This is a web based survey. Numbers are due the 15th of the following month. Definitions are included on the web page. Centers will receive their data from the state quarterly.

CCAR Reporting

Children who are served individually with this program and are to be counted for contract numbers require a CCAR completed at normal intervals. The special studies code ECHILD is used to identify these children. The CCARs are to be submitted at the start of service and yearly or the end of service.

Outcome Reporting

Yearly outcomes will be compiled. Most outcome measures will come directly from the CCAR. The two exceptions are the Parenting Stress Index (short form) and expulsions ands removals from childcare, which will be captured by a year-end report form. This information is only captured on the children seen individually. Please see attached spreadsheet. The Parenting Stress Index is to be completed at the start of service and at the end of service. This is to be submitted yearly by August 15th.

Year End Report

Aside from the outcomes mentioned this report will list trainings attended and provided by the Early Childhood Specialist as well as one success story and any other information the center wishes to share. The Office will compile a yearly report.
