Taste of the Wild is the exclusive catering department for The Denver Zoo developed by KM Concessions to create and provide service for internal and external guests. We strive to represent the Denver Zoo’s sustainability practices by purchasing locally grown products as well as supply all our onsite restaurants with compostable materials. Our menus provide creative and fresh dishes from home smashed potato salad to elegant displays.
