Records Requirements for Import of Nursery

Records inspections/Records required for imported nursery stock. Fees - $34.00/hour
 

Nursery stock imported from   AZ, CA, FL, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY must be accompanied by a certificate of plant health issued by the regulatory agency in state of origin.

Nursery stock imported from all other states must be accompanied by official certification stating  overall plant health and one of the following:

• Plants were grown in an area free of Japanese Beetle based on negative trapping data.

• Plants were grown in a nursery officially accredited to be free of Japanese Beetle

• Plants were treated with approved insecticides.  Contact CDA for the approved list of treatments.
