Educating our youth on the importance of agriculture is vital to the future of Colorado's ag industry.
At CDA, we strive to teach that agriculture is not just about cows and plows. Agriculture is part of the food they eat, the pets they care for, and yards they play in. We encourage everyone to learn as much about today's agricultural way of life and, if possible, pass that valuable information along to a young child who may be getting their first glimpse into agriculture.
Colorado Agricultural Directory - includes ag associations, state government offices, farm/ranch management assistance, national and federal offices, conservation districts and CSU extension offices.
Colorado agriculture contributes $41 billion to the state economy and employs nearly 173,000 people! (The Contribution of Agriculture to Colorado’s Economy: An Executive Summary by Colorado State University)
