Comments and Complaints

The Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) recognizes that proper attention to the concerns of its customers, employees, and the general public is an essential part of a well managed and successful governmental operation. Similarly, as a steward of public and industry resources, CDA has a responsibility to safeguard those resources through measures aimed at detecting and preventing abuse, fraud, or theft. CDA believes customers, employees, and the general public;

  • should have an opportunity to provide CDA with feedback (both positive and/or negative) about the programs and services it provides;
  • have a means to report potentially fraudulent activity involving CDA programs, services, or employees; and
  • to expect that such comments, complaints, and reports will be dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Comments, complaints, and reports may be submitted anonymously. However, please keep in mind that your decision for anonymity may limit our ability to conduct a complete investigation.
