The State Treasury is responsible for paying all warrants (checks) drawn against the state, managing all funds received by state agencies, and transferring funds between instrumentalities of the state when directed by the State Legislature.

Electronic Funds Transfer Information

The State and Federal Government can issue ACH (Automated Clearing House) or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments. If you have received a payment and cannot identify what the payment is for or from whom, you can contact the Colorado Department of Revenue, the U.S. Treasury Department, or CDOT at (303) 757-9996.

All of the following payments can be received via an electronic funds transfer (EFT authorization form ). Questions about EFTs and specific payments my be directed to Cindy Johnson at (303) 866-4948. EFT deposits are received by your bank by the 14^th work day of each month.
