Building Department

 

The Winter Park/Fraser/Granby Building Department is committed to safeguard the public health, safety and the general welfare of the citizens and guests of Winter Park, Fraser and Granby.

The department accepts applications for new, additions, alterations and repair construction. We reviews plans, and perform inspections of all work for compliance with the 2009 Editions of the International Codes and the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code.

Electrical

 

The Colorado State Electrical Board handles all electrical permitting in Winter Park, Fraser and Granby. Click on the link below for the Electrical Application.

Energy Conservation Building Code

 

The 2006 International Energy Conservation Codehas been adopted by the Towns of Winter Park,  Fraser, and  Granby. Compliance with the Energy Conservation Code will need to be confirmed with construction document submittal.

Have the following information ready when making your request:

        * Permit Number
        * Type(s) of Inspection Needed

If you call by 10:00 am Monday through Friday, your inspection will occur the same day. If you call after 10:00 am, your request will be handled the next business day.
