The Town Board follows Robert's Rules of Order to maintain the flow and structure to meetings. If you are unfamiliar with Robert's Rules or would like a refresher, please check out these links, here and here. We encourage public participation in all our Board Meetings. From time to time there will be a need for a closed session for negotiations or similar. These will be noticed on the agendas per Colorado State Law and no actions (voting) can take place during these sessions. Any voting or other action must be done outside of the closed session.
If you need to speak to the Town Board, you will need to call our Town Clerk to reserve a time on the Agenda. Also please let us know if you have any questions regarding the Town Board, rules and proceedures during meetings, or the like. info @ townofignacio.com or 970-563-9494
