NOTICE OF SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION

Public notice is hereby given that the Town of Ignacio will hold a Special Municipal Election on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 570 Goddard Avenue, in the Town Of Ignacio, Colorado between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M.

The office to be elected is the Mayor of the Town of Ignacio, to be elected and to serve until the next Regular Election on Tuesday, April 8, 2014.

Nomination Petitions for those eligible registered electors interested in serving as Mayor on the Ignacio Board of Trustees can be picked up at Ignacio Town Hall at 540 Goddard Avenue starting Monday, April 15, 2013. The deadline to submit the Nomination Petitions is Friday, May 3, 2013 at 5:00 p.m.

Applications for absentee ballots shall be filed with the designated election official no later than the close of business on Friday, May 31, 2013.
