The Town of Estes Park is pleased to announce that the Estes Park Event Center and Pavilion at Stanley Park will open in July of 2014!

 

Formerly known as the Multi-Purpose Event Center and the Stall Barn located at the Fairgrounds, The Event Center offers 25,754 sq. ft. of event space and the adjacent Pavilion offers 19,184 sq. ft. of event space for group events. 

 

The purpose of building two new event facilities at the Estes Park Events Complex is to supplement the equestrian events held at the Fairgrounds during the summer months and also to attract large events year-round, sustaining Estes as a year-round destination. These new additions to the Events Complex will also supplement the Estes Park Conference Center with groups and events, as well.

 

The Town of Estes Park broke ground on June 6th, 2013, and both buildings will be open in May of 2014.  The Event Center and Pavilion are funded by the Town of Estes Park and is being built by Dohn Construction Company at a cost of 7 million dollars. 

 

When you enter the Event Center, the Grand Lobby welcomes you with beautiful mountain décor, and has two ticket/registration booths, concession stand access, a business office, and just beyond the lobby are large picture windows that overlook the Multi-Purpose Event Hall, which is 25,754 sq. ft. of unobstructed event space with beautiful finishes. The event space is versatile and can be used for a large variety of events such as car shows, festivals, expos, educational seminars, concerts, seminars, and even indoor sporting events!

 

The second level offers two meeting rooms and an additional 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space; The Executive Board Room with its high end finishes can accommodate 37 people, and the VIP View Meeting Room can accommodate 46 people, and boasts large picture windows overlooking the Event Hall. 

 

Located adjacent to the Event Center is the Pavilion which offers an additional 19,184 sq. ft. of event space.The Events Complex is full-service event center, providing the staff to coordinate the set-up, breakdown, and catering of the event. The Estes Park Event Center and Pavilion are now available to rent for events beginning in mid-June of 2014! 

 

The space can be set up for all types of events:  trade shows, horse stalls, stages for concerts and shows, along with standard meeting set ups. With delicious catering menus available, guests can choose from catered meal menus, or from our concession menus.
