The following ordinances were approved by the Town Board of Trustees during the calendar year 2014:

 

Ordinance #01-14 - Approving the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate for the Sale of Lot 4, Stanley Historic District Subdivision to Grand Heritage Hotel Group, LLC.
 
Ordinance #02-14 - Establishing the Estes Park Municipal Court as a Court of Record.
 
Ordinance #03-14 - Submitting Ballot Issue 1A to the Registered Voters of the Town of Estes Park on the April 1, 2014, Ballot to Increase the Town of Estes Park Sales Tax by 1% for Ten Years for Roadway Improvements, Public Trails, Senior Center / Community Recreation Center, and Emergency Response Projects.

Ordinance #11-13 - Adding Chapter 9.48 to the Estes Park Municipal Code prohibiting the operation of marijuana cultivation facilities, marijuana product manufacturing facilities, marijuana testing facilities, retail marijuana stores, and private marijuana clubs. (Effective September 16, 2013)

 

Ordinance #12-13 - Amending Chapter 9.28 of the Estes Park Municipal Code with regard to marijuana possession or use and marijuana paraphernalia in accordance with Article XVIII, Section 16 of the Colorado Constitution. (Effective September 16, 2013)

 

Ordinance #13-13 - Establishing Temporary Requirements for Development Adjacent to Draingaes.  (Effective November 12, 2013)

 

Ordinance #14-13 - Amending Title 17 of the Estes Park Municipal Code by including Floodplain Regulations enacted by the Colorado Conservation Board.  (Effective December 16, 2013)

 

Ordinance #15-13 - Approving the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate for the Sale of Lot 4, Stanley Historic District Subdivision to Grand Heritage Hotel Group, LLC - Was Not Approved.

 

Ordinance #16-13 - Setting the Compensation of the Municipal Court Judge, Assistant Municipal Court Judge, and the Municipal Court Clerk.

Ordinance #01-12 - An ordinance submitting to the voters the issue of whether to permit the publication of ordinances by title only, and the issue of eliminating the requirement that payments of bills and statements concerning contracts and rebates be published.

 

Ordinance #02-12 - An ordinance amending Section 2.04.050 of the Municipal Code regarding the quorum for the Board of Trustees.

 

Ordinance #03-12 - An ordinance amending Section 2.20.010 of the Municipal Code regarding compensation of Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, and Trustees

 

Ordinance #04-12 - Amend Estes Valley Development Code related Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUS) - Was not approved.
