Ordinances

The following ordinances were approved by the Town Board of Trustees during the calendar year 2012:

Ordinance #01-12 - An ordinance submitting to the voters the issue of whether to permit the publication of ordinances by title only, and the issue of eliminating the requirement that payments of bills and statements concerning contracts and rebates be published.

Ordinance #02-12 - An ordinance amending Section 2.04.050 of the Municipal Code regarding the quorum for the Board of Trustees.

Ordinance #03-12 - An ordinance amending Section 2.20.010 of the Municipal Code regarding compensation of Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, and Trustees

Ordinance #04-12 - Amend Estes Valley Development Code related Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUS) - Was not approved.

Ordinance #05-12 - Amending the lease agreement with the Estes Park Lions Club for the Concession Stand at Stanley Park Fairgrounds.
