Catch the Glow Parade

The day after Thanksgiving marks the official beginning of the Christmas Season in Estes Park. It's celebrated with the most magical event of the year, the Catch the Glow Parade.

Just as dusk arrives, floats with thousands of tiny twinkling lights roll by lighting up the street. There will be storybook figures, angels, snowmen, marching bands, entertainers, wildlife characters and of course, Santa and his sleigh!

Other events will be taking place throughout the day in Bond Park, including visits with Santa, hay rides, festive carolers and whimsical characters greeting shoppers along Elkhorn Avenue.
