Event Facilities and Rental Information

Estes Park provides a variety of unique facilities that create the perfect setting for any special event. Each facility is available to rent and can be reserved through the Special Events Department.

FAIRGROUNDS AT STANLEY PARK: One of our unique facilities at the Fairgrounds is Barn W. The 15,386-foot building is operated year-round and hosts a wide variety of events each season.

PERFORMANCE PARK: This venue is a favorite among performers and audiences. The acoustically correct shell has been nicknamed "Mini Red Rocks" by musicians. Performance Park is located at 417 West Elkhorn Avenue at the west end of downtown

TOWN PARKS:

• BOND PARK: This is a great location all your event needs; vendors, entertainment, etc. The park is conveniently located at the intersection of Elkhorn and MacGregor avenues.

• RIVERSIDE PLAZA & TREGENT PARK: Both of these facilities are located throughout Estes Park. Each park offers its own unique scenery and an overall great place to enjoy Estes Park.     

Looking to book an event in Estes Park? Please use the "Event Application" link below. This link will direct you to our online permitting system. Before applying for an event, please make sure it is at least 60 days prior to the event for existing events and 120 days for all new events. The additional links below may also be attached with your event application through our online system.
