The Finance Department is responsible for the preparation of the Town's annual operating and capital improvement budget. The Finance Director also provides a monthly review and analysis of budgeted revenues and expenditures, so that revisions to the budget can be made as circumstances and opportunities present themselves.
During the month of September, Finance Officer, Steve McFarland, and the Town's Leadership Team have been reviewing amendments to the 2014 budget and the 2015 department requests. Public meetings are scheduled for the first three Fridays in October.
