Melissa Westover, Case Manager for Estes Valley Restorative Justice Partnership
Melissa began with Restorative Justice as a volunteer in 2008. In October of 2010 she began work as Case Manager. Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been in private practice. Previous to this she has been quite involved in non-profit work through faith-based organizations and education. She currently serves on the Crossroads board of directors, a position she has held for seven years. She is also involved in the arts community through the Oratorio Society, Fine Arts Guild and Vocalease. Melissa holds a BS in Education from Greenville College and an MA in counseling from Denver Seminary. Melissa is married to Mark and together they have four children.
Paula Burr, Case Coordinator for Estes Valley Restorative Justice Partnership
Paula Burr became the Restorative Justice Case Coordinator in July 2013 after being a volunteer with the program since 2011. She has a degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a received a teaching credential from San Francisco State University. After teaching elementary/middle school for 9 years both in the States and abroad she shifted her attention to adult education. She has worked with non-profits and educational institutions that served college students, church groups, prison inmates and women's shelters. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, traveling, jewelry making and spending time with her husband, David. She also serves on the Advisory Council for Partners Mentoring Youth.
