Bid opening will take place as scheduled at 3:00 p.m. MST on April 17, 2013. However, due to inclement weather conditions, bids will be accepted via email to kash@estes.org.
Sealed bids for a Town of Estes Park project entitled "Fairgrounds at Stanley Park – Irrigation System” will be received by the Town of Estes Park Public Works Department, Room 100, Town Hall, 170 MacGregor Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517, no later than 3:00 P.M., April 17th, 2013. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above address. Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained on or after April 3rd, 2013, at the links below or the above address. The improvements will consist of the installation of irrigation pipe, valves, sprinklers and all appurtenances necessary to provide irrigation service to the Stanley Park Fairgrounds. Public Works	Moraine Avenue (Hwy36) Pedestrian Improvements	April 18, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. MST
Sealed bids for a Local Agency Project between the Town of Estes Park and the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) entitled "Moraine Avenue (Hwy 36) Pedestrian Improvements, STE M405-012, 17080" will be received by the Town of Estes Park Public Works Department, Room 100, Town Hall, 170 MacGregor Avenue, Estes Park, CO 80517, no later than 3:00 p.m., April 18, 2013. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above address. Sets of Bid Documents may be obtained on or after March 28, 2013 through the links below or at the above address. The improvements will consist of the installation of concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, asphalt patching and pedestrian railing at various locations along the west side of Moraine Avenue between Elkhorn Avenue and Crags Drive, within the Town of Estes Park. This project is in CDOT right-of-way which requires contractors to be on CDOT's prequalified list. The UDBE goal established for this project is 7.00%. Public Works	Stanley Fairgrounds - Multi-Use Stall Barn and Multi-Purpose Event Center	January 15, 2013 at 3:00 pm MST
The Town of Estes Park is soliciting bids for construction of the project entitled “Stanley Fairgrounds - Multi-Use Stall Barn and Multi-Purpose Event Center”. The Multi-Use Stall Barn is approx. 26,000 sq. ft. and the MPEC is approx. 37,000 sq. ft. Sets of bid documents may be obtained beginning December 12, 2012 at the links below or at the Town’s Public Works offices (170 MacGregor Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517). A non-refundable cost of $50.00 will be charged for each set of documents. A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 am on December 18, 2012 at the Town of Estes Park Museum, located at 200 4th Street, Estes Park, CO. Sealed bids will be received at the Town’s Public Works offices (170 MacGregor Ave, Estes Park, CO 80517) until 3:00 PM (Mountain Time) on January 15, 2013, at which time the bids will be opened in public by Town Staff and design team members.
