Sealed bids in an envelope marked: 2013 FLOOD DAMAGE REPAIR PROJECT will be received and opened by the Town of Estes Park, Public Works Department, Town Hall, 170 MacGregor Avenue, Room 100, Estes Park, CO 80517, no later than September 2 @ 9:00 a.m. At that time, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above location. Sets of bid documents may be obtained through the links below. This project consists of 22 separate repair areas, work includes repairs and replacements for roadways, retaining walls, repairs to asphalt, concrete, bridges, swales, embankments, and slope stabilization.
The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation percentage for this project is 5%.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Town Hall, Rooms 202 & 203, on August 20 @ 9:00 a.m.

Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time fixed for bid closing. 
The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities or technical defects as the best interests of the Town may be served, and may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Town.

Light & Power General Engineering & Financial ("On-Call") Services 3:00 p.m., MDT, Tuesday, September 2, 2014
The Town of Estes Park's Light & Power Department is accepting bids to fill our need for General Engineering Services to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed basis to support distribution, financial, engineering and planning work.  Agreements will be awarded  for a five-year (5) period.  The Town's Light & Power Department has not set a maximum number of agreements to be awarded.
