Animal Control Division	Building Division
The animal control divsion is responsible for the care and concern of animals in the Town of Bennett. All dogs and cats require an animal license and can be obtained at Town Hall.	The building divsion is responsible for the permitting and inpsection of all construction within the Town. Please remember to check to see if your project requires a permit *prior* to commencing work. Failure to do so, may incur penalties and higher permitting costs.
Code Enforcement Division	Planning and Development Divsion
The code enforcement division ensures that the public observes Town code and ordinances. Please click on the division on the left to file a code enforcement complaint.	The planning and development division handles all projects related to new and future development. The Town is currently in the process of revising its master planning document, the Comprehensive Plan. For more information please click on our division link.
