Salary, Benefits and Retirement

Starting Salary:
$2,932 Monthly to $4,112 Monthly

Shift Differential Pay:

7.5% more pay for swing shift
10% more pay for graveyard shift

Benefits:

• 8 hours of vacation monthly/ 0-5 years of service
• 10 hours of vacation monthly/ 5-10 years of service
• 12 hours of vacation monthly/ 10-15 years of service to retirement
• 14 hours of vacation monthly/ 15+ years of service to retirement
• 6.66 hours of sick leave monthly
• 10 paid holidays annually
• 401k/457 and PERA offered to all employees

• Dental insurance available with minimal cost to employee
• All employees are eligible for membership in the Association of Colorado State
• Patrol Professionals (ACSPP) which provides additional benefits

 

Retirement:

• Retire at any age with 30 years of service
• Retire at age 55 with 25 years of service
• Retire at age 60 with 20 years of service
