Application/Selection Process:

 

 

The application process is lengthy and includes extensive testing and evaluation.

 

  • Written exam

 

  • Self-certification questionnaire

 

  • Supplemental Application

 

  • Criticall Exam: Is specially designed to measure the skills and abilities needed for today's complex, computerized environment. The exam measures verbal and reasoning abilities, memory and decision making skills along with multitasking skills.

 

  • Communication Center Observation

 

  • Background Investigation/Interview

 

  • Panel Interview

 

  • Polygraph

 

If you successfully complete the above and are one of the top scorers, you will then be given a "conditional offer of hire" and move on to the following:



Drug Test


It is critical that the applicant answer all questions honestly. Applicants who are found to be untruthful at any time during the process will be disqualified.
