2011 e-Government Grant Program

The Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) is pleased to announce that the 2011 e-Government grant program was a huge success. SIPA received over 50 applications from local governments through Colorado. SIPA is pleased to announce the winners of cash grants.

Grant Application Process

1. Overview Document - Please review the e-Government Micro Grant Overview Document before proceeding. 
2. Submit an Application - All applications must be submitted through the online form by December 7th, 2011. 
3. Questions - Any questions regarding the grant program or application process can be sent to sipa@cosipa.gov though December 2, 2011.  SIPA may not reply directly to emails.

Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance

SIPA hosted a Payment Card Industy Security Standards webinar to educate local governments on the standards and compliance issues related to taking credit card payments and the roles of a merchanct account.  More information about PCI Compliance can be found on the PCI Security Standards Council website.   SIPA provides PCI compliant payment processing to all Eligible Governmental Entities for both online and over-the-counter payments.  More information can be found on the Services Page.
