Individual Draft/Final Forms

The State of Colorado Department of Revenue (CODOR) has changed its requirements on submitting forms for Software Developers. CODOR will now have due dates for form submissions and these dates will also be posted on our website. Here is how the form submission requirement will go:

 

Forms are required to be submitted at the least amount of time, 30 days prior to the taxes due date and will not be accepting forms after that time. CODOR will not accept draft versions of the forms as submissions.

 

Income Tax Forms need to be submitted prior to and no later than December 1st

Business Tax forms need to be submitted prior to and no later than January 1st

 

This includes:

  Wage withholding Forms

  Annual Reconciliation Forms

  Sales Tax Forms

  Consumer Use Tax Forms

  Retailers Use Tax Forms
