Letters Regarding Your Refund
You received a letter that a withholding amount on your return is incorrect
Mail a copy of the letter from the Department of Revenue with copies of all your W-2s, 1099s and any other documents that show Colorado income tax withheld to:

Do not send another copy of the tax return that you already submitted. Be sure to inlude your day time phone number with the documents you send in. Allow 12 weeks for processing.
You received a Notice of Correction letter and you disagree with it
Mail a copy of the letter from the Department of Revenue with a copy of any supporting documentation and a reason for your disagreement with the correction to:

Denver, CO 80261
Please include your day time phone number and allow 12 weeks for processing.
