What if the site doesn't show a status for my refund?
If you filed for your refund electronically, please allow seven to 10 business days for the refund status to show on the Revenue Online Web site. If you filed on paper, allow three to six weeks for your return to be entered into the system.
If more than eight weeks have passed since you filed your refund claim but the refund does not appear on the Revenue Online site, please visit our Online Customer Support Site to send an email or call our Tax Information Call Center, (303) 238-7378.
