| Q. | When is my county going to be deployed? |
| A. | Currently, the plan is to have the Front Range counties deployed Labor Day, and the rest of the state deployed by the end of the year. This schedule is subject to change based upon the approval and availability of IT resources for infrastructure and the Trainers' schedules.

| Q. | Do I have to buy any hardware? |
| A. | No. As part of their agreement with the Department of Revenue, Colorado.gov will provide all hardware and software necessary to implement PayPort in the county offices.

| Q. | Who do I call in the event of a problem? |
| A. | In the event of a CSTARS accounting issue, contact your designated CSTARS Trainer.
