About Internal Audit: Internal auditors assist Department managers by reviewing all types of operations within the Department of Revenue and making recommendations for improvement. Typical auditor recommendations concern how to manage resources more efficiently, perform statutory responsibilities more effectively, provide better customer service, etc. |

Internal Audit provides a range of services to Department managers:

- Coordination with External Auditors
Internal Audit services help the Department achieve its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined, and objective approach to evaluate and improve the Department¿s controls, governance, and risk management processes.
