Low-Power Scooter

Low-Power Scooter is a self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for use on the roadways with not more than three wheels in contact with the ground, no manual clutch, and either of the following:

Low-Power Scooter shall not include a toy vehicle, bicycle, electrical assisted bicycle, wheelchair, or any device designed to assist mobility impaired people who use pedestrian right-of-ways.
Number of Decals Allowed: One per Low-Power Scooter.
Fees: $5.25 per Low-Power Scooter 3-year decal/registration.
Requirements: Registration must be submitted to one of the following:
