If fraudulent activity involving your record is believed to have occurred, an Investigations Unit alert may have been placed on your record and you may be referred to the Investigations Unit. 

You will then be required to provide identification in addition to the documents normally required (Identification Requirements Chart) for an instruction permit, driver's license and identification card (ID), and to assist the investigation.
