Rulemaking Hearings
The Racing Commission approved proposed changes to Racing Regulations at its March 8 meeting. The approved changes will go into effect May 1. For a copy of the complete rules that will be in effect May, click here.
The Department of Revenue's Executive Director's Office will consider proposed changes to the Gambling Payment Intercept Rules at a hearing on May 5 at 10 a.m. at the Gaming Commission Meeting Room at 17301 W. Colfax Ave., Suite 135.
