Rule Process Suspended
The Department of Revenue is currently standardizing the rule review process for all its divisions to comply with H.B. 12-1008, and the Governor’s Executive Orders 2011-005 and 2012-002. To ensure that any proposed changes to the rules pertaining to Liquor comply with these new standards and processes, LED is suspending its current rule review activity, with the exception of the attached changes to Regulation 47-408 which are needed to conform with House Bill 12-1270. LED is preparing its regulatory agenda, which is required by H.B. 12-1008 and is due on November 1. LED will make sure that all comments received to date by interested parties will be carried over and considered in the new updated process.
