Brand Registration

The manufacturer or importer of any alcohol beverage product sold in Colorado must register said product with the Liquor Enfocement Division prior to the date of the product's initial intended date of sale. All products registered in Colorado must have first obtained either a "Certificate of Lable Approval" or a "Certificate of Exemption" from the Bureau of Alcoho Tobacco and Firearms (BATF).

We do not send out written approval or acknowledgment. Your canceled check is evidence that the brand registration was accepted and processed.
