- The Division of Gaming and the Gaming Commission issue five types of licenses:

- New support applications are generally processed in one hour.
- New key applications are generally completed within 60-90 days.
- New business applications can take 6 months to a year or more to complete, depending upon the complexity of the investigation and the workload of the Division's background staff.
