Rulemaking Hearings

The Gaming Commission approved proposed amendments to Rules 1, 12 & 16: Regarding the adoption of standards for Electronic Promotional Credits. The rules are effective January 14, 2012.

 

The Gaming Commission approved proposed amendments to the following rules:

 

                        Rule 1           Rule 3           Rule 8           Rule 21        

     

                        Rule 22          Rule 23  The rules are effective March 1, 2012

 

                        Rule 10 will be effective March 16, 2012
