Rulemaking Hearings
This is to notify you that the rulemaking hearing regarding Rule 3 - Applications, Investigations, and Licensure, will be held at the Division of Gaming’s monthly Commission meeting on Thursday, June 20, 2013, beginning at 9:30 am. The hearing will take place at the Golden Gaming Office located at 17301 W. Colfax Ave., Suite 135, Golden, Colorado 80401.
This hearing date will also satisfy the stakeholder workshop requirement. Any stakeholder may submit written documents and is welcome to attend the fee analysis hearing. If a stakeholder wishes to testify in person, or if you will be providing written testimony, the names of the person(s) and/or documentation must be received at the Division of Gaming, Golden Office, no later than 10 days prior to the hearing date.

This is to notify you that the continuation of the Annual Tax Setting Hearings will take place at the Division of Gaming’s monthly Commission meeting on Thursday, May 16, 2013, beginning at 9:00 am. The hearing will be held at the Golden Gaming Office located at 17301 W. Colfax Ave., Suite 135, Golden, Colorado 80401.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the there has been a change of start time from the notice that was originally sent out in March. The Tax Setting Hearing will begin promptly at 9:00 am.
This hearing date will satisfy the stakeholder workshop as required. All stakeholders are welcome to attend the tax setting hearing.
The first Stakeholder Rule Making Workshop was held on Tuesday, March 19th at the Golden Gaming Office. A few small updates to the proposed Rule changes were made as a result of the workshop. The Rule Making Hearing for the following proposed changes will take place at the Division of Gaming's monthly Commission meeting on Thursday, May 16, 2013, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Golden Gaming Office located at 17301 W. Colfax Ave., Suite 135, Golden, Colorado 80401.
