The Investigation Section investigates all complex and criminal complaints filed against licensees. The section also investigates sales of motor vehicle/powersports vehicles offered by those who are not licensed. Investigators can pursue prosecution through both administrative sanctions (Dealer Board), through the issuance of a summons, or through direct filing with the local district attorney. |
